xs, my buddy wants to know what would be the cost/person of the room so he can get his budget squared away?

ok Bill, no "overworked and under F***ed" shirt this time around.  Pitty, draws interesting reactions from drunken randy college girls! Smiley

Ooooh.  So that's what attracts the women.  Wish I had known that in college.  Cheesy

only the half-witted drunken ones!  I had this one girl said, "under f***ed, huh?  I can help with that!  What are those?"  "Spring stilts.", I replied  "Ever done it on spring stilts?", she asked.  "No", I said  "we'll change that right now!" was her reply.  The rest of the story is not for children under 18!!  Smiley

For those staying at the Best Western in Massapequa Park, figure on the following NYC transportation costs for Saturday.

LONG ISLAND RAILROAD
We'll try to grab our round trip tickets at the station Friday night when we are in town.  The round trip cost ticket to Penn Station will be $14.

NYC SUBWAY
We'll be taking multiple subway trips, so it is best we purchase a unlimited rides FunPass 1-Day MetroCards when we get to Penn Station.  The cost of a FunPass MetroCard is $7.50.  (Those spending more days in NYC might want to purchase the $25 unlimited rides 7-day pass.)

Because the ticket machines do not like large bills and give back only coin change, I recommend being prepared with these exact amounts for the ticket machines:

One - ten dollar bill
One - five dollar bill
Six - one dollar bills
Two - quarters.

I know...  a little anal...  but the process of everybody buying tickets from the machines will go a lot faster that way.  I think the machines also take credit cards.

Looks like we'd be boarding the 9:11am train to NYC on Saturday morning, which will get us into Penn Station at 10:10am.  We then will grab our first subway ride to Battery Park and commence bocking.

really, wow that would be great, wat day r u leaving and at wat time Nick, also i would need a place to sleep.
And another problem is that my parents dont really want to let me cause they have never met any of u guys, and obviously they r worried.  i wish there was someone they could get to know u.  something that would help though is if someones parent were coming along, then they might actually let me.  Zan r ur parents going?
