Xarnu i took some extracts from the old knowledge section in the fist 3 paragraphs if that is ok?(if this get added edit this bit out.

A german man called Alexander Boeck patented his design for a pair of stilts with "leaf style springs" on the back of them to allow people to be able to experience the same type of leaping motion as a trampoline.

In general depending on brand you can jump 2-3 meters high do strides of 3-5meters and run 20-25mph, though this is only once you have became very experienced at using these.

The activity offers three aspects that the majority of extreme sports maintain; freedom, identity and internal enjoyment. The stilts are strapped to the users

XD you made a small mistake there, skyrunenrs are not made in australia, they're another chinese import, just they're allowed to sell them in australia, and they seem to be better quality there compared to the rest of the world

think they're made by bowei powerwell china <--not sure though, that could be the flying locust factory, though it's pretty likely that all bock parts come from the same factory to start with, as nearly all parts are identical
