haha not much, i got them just over the week but didnt bock lot at all. And after bocking yesterday I got pain in my back and in my chest(dunno eithers its lungs cause im smoking or its ribs/sommat else) so now im out for a bit till the pain goes away.

Your back will probably ache because bocking uses muscles you dont normally use. we call it bockers back!
hope it gets better soon! (and maybe give up the smoking - especially if its getting in the way of bocking!)

tried to give up smoking, hard tho:(
and if tis bockers back i aint sure, cause i had pain in lower parts of my back from time to time, now is upper part so it makes me all confused and so. Hopefully its just bockers back and its not anything bad;p
edit: well just found topic on forum about someone with chest and back pain, seems similar to mine so hopefully thats jsut normal for rookie bockers ;p
