Hiya guys. I have been on my bocks intensley for the last couple of days. but found that the back of the main strap on my foot is digging into my ankle. Does anybody know of this problem and is anybody able to suggest some cheap and cheerful remedies?

Cheers, Mark

I think so, can't you just push the binding down and then tighten it so it doesn't dig in there?

I cant cos it just rides back up. I think i'll just have to go out and look for some foam. lol. or maybe get some shoes that cover the area.

Sounds like the issue comes from either really big or really small feet.  Do you have snowboard bindings or plastic bindings?

Griffith, g'day mate.  I did have a prob with the back main strap, and just by chance had a spare sock and used that wrapped around the strap itself.  It helped my problem at the time, but recommend you try to get board bindings put on.  Usually you will feel that ankle pain if you have been bocking for a long stint in one go.
