Those of you who's seen me know I'm big. I'm got real strong legs. My poor old PJ's spring have just about had it. I'm after the biggest spring I can find or maybe even a new pair of Bocks ?

What's the biggest spring I could order ?
What's the biggest pair I can buy ?

Flying Locust M120
PoweriSer 90120
7's s-rex type x
skips e720

that's the biggest that every brand makes, i don't really think any of them are up for what you want to do to them.

Might be a good idea DK for you to post a short vid of how much height your getting when your on your current bocks, i guess you must be really jumping with alot of force if you need such a powerful spring.. Wink

I'm 110 and that's the weight of spring I've got now ( It's a year old ) after bocking for about 3 miles I could bottom out with a 2 -3 foot bounce !?
You can't get bockers much bigger than me  Undecided

I'm just theorizing, but it seems that the FL M120 might be the most powerful because it's not aimed at people anywhere between 90 and 120kg, it's aimed specifically at the 110-120kg range.  But FL springs are said to be a bit soft, so maybe not.

Perhaps the Powerskip 720 is more powerful than the others.  There seems to be some confusion as to what their recommended weight is, but a step above the 640s makes it pretty damn strong.

The relative strength of the S-rex X is up for debate as of now.

I'm thinking of S Rex X has the weights more than he R's but I'm more into running the flipping !?

So would S Rex X still the better option than the R

Yes, as R springs are softer than X springs. Get the stronger, stiffer ones... Type X.

after bocking for about 3 miles I could bottom out with a 2 -3 foot bounce !?
I can bottom mine out on the 3rd or 4th jump with no warm up (and mine are a year old). So you're not bottoming out badly DK.

Yep, I think its fair to say that a good years use and Im sure you have no complaints on that score DK.

But yeah  go for the heaviest springs. I know Colin ( tundrah) can Bottom out X types. But I dont know  ( re trips coment of posting a vid) if he has a more 'xtreme' style compared to you.

Re proskips they are expensive , and lets say 'delicate' and I wouldnt want to just put them on your frame.

How much of a hurr are you in. More and more peeps are getting both types of S Rex. If ou meet 1 at a meet Imsure they would let you try um.

sadly , whilst Ill be seeing you at walk for life and have a pair of X type in post, as they are a kilo heavier I think Im just gonna do it on my T -rexs

I don't think x's would give you what you want, i find my X's way easier to bottom out than my PR 90120's and the height i get on them is about the same, It takes more energy to bottom out the PR's and get the height, but i'd rather have that stiffness when coming down from 4-5ft up, if i don't try to bend the pr's they take the shock, and i land gently, but with the 7's i bottom them out.

The pair of 110's I have are a year old and you'll see bend a lot even walking. Don't think I'll be doing too much other than a bit of sprinting I've got plans for after Wink

I also am a big boy with muscular legs, I'm 100kg.
Powerskip 720's are the biggest springs I have tried out.  S Rex Type X are too soft for us bigger boys, they seem to work fine for lighter people like SoulRancher and Kiola, who are both 14stone or below.
Although if you do buy Powerskips the knee bars will be too small for you.

I hope this info helps.
