I'v been bocking for about a year now and pretty confident with my flips. Does anyone know the best way to learn continuous back flips in a row eg. 2 0r 3???

The best way to chain a flip is to get a bit of extra height on your first flip, and do the full rotation early.  This way you can break out of the tuck (assuming you are tucking...) early and have plenty of time to 'float' down and prepare for your second flip.  At first, try just doing the flip and landing with a high jump.  Try jumping as high as you can as you land the flip, possibly doing a grab or something...  It helps if you're comfortable doing the flips in different ways, ie. front sumi from a run and also from a standing jump, since the 2nd flip will feel significantly different than the first one.

I'm by no means an expert, but hopefully that'll help Smiley
