I have been in Italy for the last 6 months, well I'm finally back. And I'm back on the powerizers! This is my first time doing front flips on them - I'm addicted. Let me know what you think!

That was very cool!!
You need to practice and to jump high and not always forward... it takes your height and you almost not finish the flip ferfect.
But for the first day it is fantastic!! keep going!:)

Thats great, I'm amazed you got them sooo quickly.

Were you able to do frontflips on the trampoline or on the ground before you tried this?

I used to do gymnastics when I was younger, from when I was 2 until I was 12. I was really good at the time but it has been 10 years since those days. It feels so natural to me doing flips again - like a return to my roots. I think I'm addicted to them now. Now I want to start doing back flips again and do some tumbling routines.

Yeah, go for it!

I watched your box jumping video on youtube last night, another great video to add to your collection.
