not bad, your feet are splayed out a tiny bit when walking etc, be careful of basing the springs together, but apart form hat it''s pretty good for the first couple of hours i reckon.

...for youtube embedding i think you only put the last part of the url in the thing, don't know though haven't done ay vids yet
