Tobias,

Don't worry, Skatehut are the real deal. I am sure you will get your bocks soon.
They were a bit slow with my transaction too.
Their after sales care leaves a bit to be desired. There communications are not great, and they then forward you to their suppliers, J&R sports Limited.
I have been trying to obtain a replacement spacer to replace a broken one, for 4 weeks now. They keep sending mails saying they have sent the item, but as yet i have received nothing.
Pretty poor really.

I purchased from skatehut and they have been fine.

Last week i snapped one of the foot straps and they told me to contact J and R sports about it and within 2 days the strap was delivered.

Zipp below are the details for J and R Sports give em a ring and speak to a chap named Richard (theres only one richard). He's the guy who deals with all the breakages/problems etc.

Hey DI,

Yes, it is Richard that i have been dealing with, both on the phone and via email.
To be fair, he did sort out the replacement bearing assemblies in a timely fashion, but this latest spacer problem seems to be dragging out forever.
He claims to have sent out 2 spacers to me already. One 2 weeks ago, and one this monday just gone. I have received nothing. It could be that the post office are to blame, i just don't know.
This is why i always send items recorded delivery, so that i can keep track of items, and know when to blame the PO.

DI, glad to hear that you got the strap replaced, hassle free.
Don't forget to fit a larger washer on it, to spread the pressure and minimise the chance of another pull through. Wink

hey, dont worry about it mate. I purchased from skatehut.co.uk and i been bocking for 3 weeks now Grin

Only thing is, they are slightly dodgy, as in they do not give any proprietor name or say that they are Ldt. Also, to see the invoice, you have to click on a link straight after purchase which they dont make very clear to you and can be hard to miss.

Have fun with your bocks

Just recieved word from the wife, that i have a small packet waiting for me at home, from J&R sports.
That makes me a happy camper for now. That has put them back up my customer service rankings. Smiley

So I have not yet received my powerisers. However, I have now found out that it is stuck in Malmo and has remained there since June 30. I have sent an email to interlinkexpress who is in charge of the delivery and asked them to send the stilt to me again.
I think it is strange that fail to express a judgement about the future have problems with even the package.
What is strange is that the package came to sweden by Malmo and from there was sent to Umeå (A city that is close to my home) and then again sent back to Malmo. I think this is strange.

Those things are bound to happen once in a while though but both me and Mockarutan got it without any problems, they were even delivered to the front door!
