ouch! ill keep practising Smiley have u got any tips on how to do a barani? i cna do 180 fronts but i wana do a barani... i know its like same thing but i have watched vids and it looks different wen they do it.

you're front 180's seem to have a very late spin, most people i've seen do the spin very slowly from about the time they're torso i parallel to the floor till it is almost back to parallel with the ground.   This is just from observation, i can't do them myself.

the best tip on doing a barani instead of a front 180 is to do the flip like a round off... just imagine there is a box in front of u where u want to put ur hands and do a round off over it.. do that several times, and u will get much closer to ur barani Smiley
