Hi, Would anyone be able to help, I’m looking at getting some s-rex 7leagues and I know there are the type R and Type X and one is for running and one for jumping, but what’s is the difference in part between them both, is it just stiffer springs? And what one would you recommend for equal running and jumping?
Cheers tom

I disagree, I think the type x will be better.
If you get Type R's you will bottom them out to easily i think.

Then again I think we should wait for somebody who has used both to comment

i'm about 92kg and have used X's.  They'd be right for a beginner of your weight, anything weaker would be too soft.  I think the X's are too soft for me, but they'd be fine for a beginner, I've spent 2 years getting my technique right.  Only problem is when you get to the point I'm at the only available option is deal with bottoming out all the time or loose weight.

I think I'm about 80k and I have the S-Rex type X and find myself bottoming them out on a regular basis so I say go for X.
