Hi Guys 

Due to the success (!?) of the previous three, IBz are proud to announce their 4th gym session.

Location : The Black Lion Sports Centre, Mill Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1HF
Time      : 4pm - 7pm

@Sprog  : Well clearly not my 1st aid skills Tongue

@Athoul : For the time being, yeah sure why not? I think that we'll eventually stop announcing the number, but still keep count and only number the large ones, so we'll probably label #5, but then the next would be 10th, then 20th, etc.

@bmthbloke : Do you reckon you're coming again? Your advice was sound, and appreciated.

sprog you wasnt even there so you cant really judge the last one.
ok 2 people got hurt when loads of people went.

and i learnt loads. and ive hurt myslef loads of time so bleah wasnt like a 1 off.

and apart from that no one put all the good points off the last one. the pub garden, the outside bit, meeting new people and people learning and progressing.

but after saying all this not sure if i can make it have to look into it.
